Objectives
- Promotion of safe and healthy sexual behaviour.
- Reduce new cases of HIV infections.
- Increase uptake of Voluntary counseling and testing among youth and men.
- Provide treatment care and support services for those affected and infected by HIV and AIDS.
- Complement the existing community based orphans and vulnerable children (OVC) interventions.
- Train at least 50 lay counselors monthly to develop support groups in their area.
